Lisa is a certified professional coach who works with emerging leaders and leaders-in-transition to help them realize their potential through coaching which ignites transformation and impactful change. Through her coaching, she partners with clients in a creative and results-oriented process that inspires them to see possibilities and achieve the results they want in life and in business. Her mission is to lead positive change in the workplace by transforming leaders and their teams.
Lisa’s corporate experience includes executive coaching, leadership development, and teams and group facilitation. She has worked in various HR leadership roles for Fortune 100 and 500 global corporations in multiple industries.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico, an MBA from George Fox University and a master’s in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University. She is credentialed through The International Coaching Federation, through InviteChange and The Hudson Institute of Coaching.
Lisa believes in giving back by paying it forward. She offers pro-bono coaching to those with low income and is an active leader and volunteer in her community. She has served as an advisor and board member on several professional non-profit organizations focused on human resources, community service, education and leadership development.
Lisa currently resides in Paso Robles, CA. She enjoys traveling with her family and exploring different countries to immerse herself into the culture, traditions, and foods.
